Northeast Arc-Residential Services

This model introduces a unique blend of independence and investment by offering individuals and their families a pathway to semi-permanent living arrangements with ownership-like benefits. Residents contribute an upfront buy-in cost, which is largely reimbursable upon transition or departure. This approach fosters stability while maintaining flexibility. Opening Spring, 2026.


247 Fisher Avenue, Brookline

Located in the heart of Cleveland Circle, this five-person residence provides a supportive and independent living environment. With live-in overnight support, residents enjoy both autonomy and assistance when needed. The home offers access to public transportation, local amenities, and a close-knit community focused on stability and personal growth. Opening July, 2026.


Scudder House

A welcoming, long-term residential model designed to foster lifelong friendships 

and independence for Riverview School graduates, across the street from the new Friends Forever location in Hyannis. Opening July, 2025.


40 Chase Street, Newton

A vibrant home for 14 residents opened in 2013, this Newton-based program provides residents daily assistance through MassHealth staffing, shared meals, and a community-driven atmosphere that encourages independence while ensuring essential needs are met. Onsite live In staff are available for overnight emergencies.


116 Cedar House, Malden

This 12-person residence in Malden, opened in 2013, offers a stable and supportive living environment with live-in overnight support. Residents receive daily assistance 

through MassHealth staffing, shared dinners, and an engaging community that 

fosters long-term stability and personal development. This is a Project Based Model.


Norwood, JCR Supported Housing

The Yellow House (7 person Project Based) and Wilson Street Culdesac (3 house of 9, Private Pay) opened in 2010. These affordable houses offer a stable and supportive shared living environment with live-in overnight support. Residents receive daily assistance through MassHealth staffing, shared dinners, and an engaging community that fosters long-term stability and personal development.
